Why Matico Consulting
Ines, an immigrant from Uruguay, relocated to the United States 18 years ago with her family. Initially pursuing a career in journalism, she later transitioned her focus to local government and nonprofits, driven by her passion for assisting others in these sectors. It became evident to Ines that many organizations possessed valuable data but lacked the knowledge to effectively leverage it to enhance their operations. Thus, her work has been centered on bridging this gap, both during her tenure with cities and nonprofits.
As someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys diverse projects, Ines recognized the opportunity to utilize her skills to address organizations' needs in areas such as data analysis, evaluation, research, and planning. Her dedication to empowering organizations with data-driven insights underscores her commitment to driving positive change and fostering efficiency within the sectors she serves.
